Alkyha Defense and Logistics AKA Executive Commercial Maintenance AKA David Morillo AKA William Mende Company does not pay their sub contractors!! They will make promises and lie to get subs to complete work and then disappear when it comes time to pay. They are very unethical and lack the character and good judgement to run a successful business. They are the epitome of a scam artist. New York New York
My company completed snow removal for Alkyha AKA Executive Commercial Maintenance AKA David Morillo AKA William Mende and did not receive a penny. Several other companies who were sub contracted through Alkyha have contacted myself and expressed that they, too, were not paid. Some subs are owed over $100,000. Other subs have reported receiving "bad" checks from Alkyha. This company is as bad as they come...almost to the point of being scam artists. Their home office (which they will brag about being in the Rockefeller Plaza) is nothing more than a cubical and an answering service. Essentially it is a virtual office to create a prestigious image. They will promise the world and give you nothing but excuse after excuse. Eventually they will dodge your phone calls and threaten you with lawyers for contacting them. I have been running an upstanding business for over 15 years and have NEVER encountered an operation like Alkyha. STAY AWAY!!

This guy has not paid many contractors in my state I am going to the news to try and let
towns and others not to use this company cause they do not pay the local workers.
