Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was called SEVERAL times by Chris Cuzzins of All American to purchase pens with the guarantee to win one of five fabulous prizes. I was even called back by Bob White, too. He pressured me into thinking I would be incredibly happy with my prize.

I finally talked my husband into ordering pens for $500!! I figured we needed new "business cards" anyway, what's the big deal. . . Well, the big deal is that these pens should NOT cost THAT much money!!! We got our pens, not too impressed. . . we also received one of those fabulous prizes. . . Florida/Bahamas cruise. I was hoping to take that honeymoon my husband & I never took. . . glad someone else reported what it was really like!

I made the call to claim my prize, and then someone told me that I needed to speak to Marie. She called me back with all of the same promises that everyone else wrote about. I was told that I was so lucky and that I needed to promise to take her out to dinner & shopping with my winnings when we made the trip to Vegas on their dime. Oh, and the best part is that I won the Mega 30-01-1 prize!! Meaning I just won the number one prize in the number one identified area for their advertising. Each time we received our cash we needed to take a picture of us receiving it & write a testimony about how we won this and how it changed our lives. We also needed to purchase pens, magnets, and keychains to the tune of $2898. Wow, these must be some really nice things. . . you'd think that I'd never have to buy anything again. I wasn't allowed to use a credit card for this, but had to write a check with my "cash code" number on it or they would cancel my winnings. She said I would be able to put my kids through college with the amount of money I'd win. Sure sounds enticing, huh?!?

While I was talking with her, I checked the BBB website and All American was not a member as Marie stated. . . as a matter of fact there were several complaints filed. . . I questioned her about this & she assured me that they were all taken care of.

Again, I talked my huband into it. . . $2898 was going to go out in a couple of hours through FedEx (they even gave me their FedEx account number). Since I had some time, I googled All American Advertising Scams. I found THIS website. . . THANK YOU, THANK YOU to those of you who took the time to send in your reports!!!!! I did NOT write a check because of YOU!!! I did give a courtesy call to have them stop the FedEx man from coming to get the check and told Marie that we weren't interested. She said ok. A few minutes later she called back to offer us a half and half payment plan, and we still said no.

While I was writing this I googled Marie Bradford of Las Vegas. . . her name came up for ripoffreport.com website and the SAME scam under a different company's name. . . "JGB Enterprises". (Put JGB Enterprises in the search above more interesting reports, and maybe helpful for a lawsuit, too.) They had a different phone number and address, but the same people used their same names. Another innocent, small business owner was taken to the cleaners. My heart goes out to her.

I certainly hope a lawyer decides to pick this up. . . it has to be illegal in some way other than those people's morality. Maybe a local news station, or better yet a national station would be interested in reporting this!?!?
