All American Appliance Vickie Mcgill Appliance Company Scams LG, Bosch, Samsung, Whirlpoor, and Electrolux & Frigidaire Henderson, Texas
I worked for All American Appliance for 4 months. When i began working their i started typing up warranty forms on all the appliance companies named. I began working their and i noticed that they were robbing the Appliance companies that hired them to repair their appliances. I noticed that on every appliance i billed into the system was unusually high on cost to fix them. Me and the owner became very good friends. We began talking more and became good friends. I then found out that the owners of this company run what they call "cash calls", which are appliances people want fixed that arent under warranty, i found out the the owners were billing the parts they used on their cash calls to the appliance companies. They were charging the waranty companies for all the parts they used. The owner of this company is a older woman and im a 19 yr old guy just trying to make enough money to take care of my son. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable at work. She would always touch me and sit in my lap and make me feel real uncomfortable. She helped me get a 2005 tahoe by co-signing because the truck i did have got taken because of low income and she knew i had to have transportation with a little boy. When she began sittin in my lap and feeling on me i got to where i didnt wanna be their so i would show up late and basically not wanna even be thier. I quit my job on payday. She told me to come up their after 5 pm to get my check. I got their at five and she has every employee of the company standing in the room. I walk in the door and began talking to my boss, she began telling me that shes not gunna let me take the tahoe and they corner me in the room and her daughter runs and jumps out in my tahoe. I have been paying for this tahoe for 4 months i never missed a payment and i was ahead on my payments. She took the tahoe from me and told me that if i didnt sign the piece of paper on her desk then i wasnt getting my pay. I signed the paper and she left me walkin on the side of the road and promised me she would give me every penny i put in the tahoe. The paper was a power of attourney taking my name of the title. Come to find out the paper was null and void because she made me sign it or not get paid and because their was no notary to sign it. Now i have a tahoe in my name on my credit that i havent recieved any sign of the money she owes me for paying the payment. I havent seen my tahoe in three months. The tahoe is still in my name and if i dont pay the payment it ends up showing a repossesion on my credit which will ruin my credit. Im 19 yrs old and have a good credit score. I think that its messed up that she takes a tahoe that i never missed a payment on and either i pay for it or it gets repossesed. I wanted to hire a lawyer but with me loosing my job and having to find a vehicle and another job i couldnt afford a lawyer. I am reporting this buisness because they did me wrong and because their doing the Appliance Companies Wrong... Its not right for people like this to live life the way their living by cheating their way when the rest of the world has to go about life the right way...
