As a client of All American capital group Inc, I don't find the complaint against them credible. I have been working with them for almost 90 days now and checked them out the best I could first. And since signing up I have not had the same experience as this complaint. Even though Iam not due to receive my funding yet, if you read the contract you sign, that All the refund is about. If you don't receive the funds you contacted for AFTER the 90 day corporate building time expires.
To expect someone to do all the work and expense of building a credit worthy corporation for free by asking for refund before given a chance to fulfill their commitment, is not fair or reasonable. And not part of what is agreed to when you sign the contract. I know the process and the expense and time of what this takes and its very expensive and why I am having AACG do it for me. And if you knew there was an upfront fee, and you thought it was a upfront fee scam. Then why did you send them a fee upfront?!? And I don't know of too many companies that are expected to work for free!
I could understand complaining if after paying your fee you at the end didn't receive the funds promised to you per your contact. But to not even be given a chance to complete the process that was clearly explained to all clients and expect them to work for free and expect a refund. Is not fair or reasonable or the way any company does business.
I also have NEVER not been able to contract them. They have ALWAYS responded to EVERY email, phone call, if nothing else. And most every time within the same day or 24hrs at the most.
As for the BBB accreditation, they were and had an A+ rating. As far as I know from the person there I talked to there, theystill are. But just being reevaluated after this complaint, also filed with them.
What I'am saying is I don't find any validity to anything in this complaint, as to what I know of this company so far and it hasn't been my experience. And believe me I've been on top of them and tested them with lots of questions etc. As I have studied business corporate credit for over 15 to 20 yrs. They know how to do this and what it takes to do what they advertise. And you don't get or need that kind of knowledge if your just ripping people off!
And believe me I know, I've been ripped off in loan scams before. And believe me if they don't come through and don't honor their guaranteed in my case in a few weeks, I'll be the first to complain. I will also reply if they do.
But it's unfair to file a complaint against a company when you don't even give them a chance to fulfill their promise. Especially when it's all first spelled out for you on their website and the contract signed. And from what I read, they have yet to NOT fulfill their commitment to this compliant.
