On March of 2015 I went into contract with All American Capital Group. I selected a package where I had to pay in advance for a small business line of credit, that was to be received in up to 90 days time. I then went into a second contract with AACG in April of 2015 for a Black Visa Card program, where I paid $5000 and was supposed to receive the card within 4 weeks.
Every week something kept changing and communication kept getting more and more difficult. June of 2015 I contacted them again and Verionica, is the woman who only communicates with you, responds to my email.
I emailed her the following:
I have been trying to contact your office and I'm still not getting any information as to the TRUE status of the BVC. I am getting confilicting information and at this pint it would be appreciated if someone would relate to me exactly what's going on. Giving me the run around is not giving me any surety in this process. I was told initially 4-5 weeks, then 5-8 weeks, now another 2 weeks or so that's almost 90 days for a credit card? I was talso told it would be process on April 2nd, then I hear on Tues or Weds of May the 18th and 19th, that came and gone as well, then I hear that is hasn't been processed.
Please let me know somehting as I have been waiting patiently even with all this conflicting information, I deserve to know exactly what's going on.
Veronica responds...
The file for your business line of credit should be finish in about 2 weeks by July 6th and a week later it will be submitted to the underwriter around July 15th. About the same time your BVC (Barclay's black visa card) should be ready to be entered into the system which you should receive by July 30th
This is the current update,
Veronica Telly
Over next few weeks it was another excuse after excuse, someone was on vacation or not moving files for some reason or another. We kept going back and forth on emails. She sent me this on Augsut 14th
On August 21st I emailed her this...
I lost out on business investments and went through financial hardship that could have been avoided if they would have at least refunded the money I put up. By It is now February 2016 and I still have not received anything as promised or guaranteed under the contract which as been expired. I have requested a refund numerous times, via email, in writing in regular mail, and through the phone. I keep getting the same generic response from Veronica Telly explaining that they under writers haven't selected my package and I will hear from them in 2 weeks with an update. I don't want to hear from any underwriter, I want my money back.
