Things to keep in mind, they will say that you can be there for the weigh in but they will neglect to tell you that if you do they will try and make you pay for it. They say that they crate things like flat screen TV's but what they mean is they will fold some cardboard around it for an additional $75. This is the big thing to remember, the truck that picks up your things is not the truck that delivers it, if you forget one check box or if you are unclear to the size specifications of moving trucks into an apartment complex they will show up in a Double Cab well over 48 ft truck with a low trailer that can not maneuver. If they get there after six and you need to contact the company they will tell you that you are out of luck and on your own because the company that now has your things is not their own they are just national drivers that they have no relationship with. It will then be up to you to take the drivers to another truck rental place and pay extra to rent another truck to move your things from the street or hopefully another parking lot nearby onto your property. This company cares nothing of customer service, follow through or doing whats right. If you are moving Out of NY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are strictly a Long Island based operation. Also the cost estimates are off by about $600. Local pick-up guys were ok but not careful enough on the paperwork and it cost me an additional $200 and a lot of stress. Delivery in Florida was horrible.
