All Area Roofing and Restoration will not respond to requests for warranty service Virfginia Beach Virginia
My company paid All Area Roofing and Restoration $44,145.00 for a commercial building rubber roof replacement. Job was completed Dec. 12, 2012. Roof leaks. Tenants need buckets to catch water, water also running down walls. Job/contract promises 20 year warranty. Warranties are only as good as those that stand behind them. I have called repeatedly, first received promisess of arrival- always a "no show"- now- all of my calls go to a recorded message. (I think they have caller ID and are avoiding me).
The owner of this company Frank Sarpino lied- telling me all of his workers were employees of his. Not so- they were all sub-contractors. They tried to increase their "take" by offering proposals to perform different repairs, in these proposals they tried to scare one by stating in bold letters "If you don't do this work now, the walls will collapse". All fraudulent assertions, attempts to scare one into doing more work with this company. After some research conducted by our company attorney, I know now they have had several suits brought against them.
My only suggestion to anyone is to steer clear of this company. They are crooks.
