Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We hired this company to fix a basement water problem.  They diagnosed the problem and charged 3500 to fix with a guarantee. (one days work).  We had another contractor come out to finish a different job and low and behold the problem is not fixed. I call the water co back and they said the job is complete and they want to be paid. I told them the trouble looks to still be there and they tell me to wait a couple of days it should dry out. After a couple of days the water trouble is getting worse and they finally send someone back out to inspect and now there is a bigger issue which is going to cost 11000 dollars. I speak to the owners and they tell me that we agreed to the 3500 dollar repair may or may not work. I told him that it looks to me that your tech did not properly diagnose the problem and any legitimate business would not do 50-50 work or even consider it. I am a technician by trade and I couldn't see myself charging a customer for me to fix a problem, tell them it's a 50-50 shot, tell them trouble is fixed, then come back and tell them it's a bigger problem and you still have to pay me for the work I did which wasn't needed?! WHo in there right mind would agree to pay a substantial amount of money on a 50-50 shot!? This company is amazing and really is appalling to even suggest that we would agree to anything like that. This looks to be going to court but do yourself a BIG favor, choose a different waterproofing company. Yes I did check their Better Business Bureau rating and am totally surprised and disgusted how we have been treated. STAY AWAY!!!

I spoke to a different owner and due to miscommunication, lack of information, and other unforeseen circumstances we came to an acceptable agreement for both parties. I am thankful that the owner was sensitive to our situation and made things right.
