All Cities Real Estate Services Don't Try to Use This Company Crandall Texas
My brother needed to move from California to Colorado for a new job and submitted information online to receive bids from moving companies. All Cities came in lowest so he chose them after clicking on the supposed Better Business Bureau link on their website to confirm that they were legit. They gave him a 2-day window of when the movers would be there (suspicious I thought) and of course they did not show up. He called them at 10a on the second day of the window and they said, "You haven't received a call? Well, we'll see what's going on and call you right back." They didn't call back, so he called them again repeatedly throughout the day, only to be told that supposedly the guy they lined up to do the move had refused and that they could try to get someone out in the next couple of days. Right.
That's when I found this site and the other folks with bad experiences with this company and decided it was a scam to get the deposit money he'd already paid on his credit card. I am fortunate to be able to take off work to help him do the move himself and he has filed a dispute with his credit card company about the charge. When he spoke with "Sherry" at All Cities to cancel the reservation, she said she'd need something in writing, which is too ripe when they didn't feel the need to contact him about their breach of contract. She also said that they would refund his deposit but we're not holding our breath and will instead pursue this through the credit card dispute mechanism before exploring other options.
Please don't use this company. "Scam" and "fraud" come to mind, never mind "deceptive practices" and "theft".
