Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was hired by them to run my own office in 60-90 days, and make 52,000k a year. All you need to do is look up "scentura creations" on google and read through the thousands of complaints against them. They have my social security number, and other info, and after reading what i have online tonight, i am stomping into their office tomorrow and demanding all of my personal information back. I am so f*king pissed right now i can't even write this. They are a mockery of free enterprise, and use people that need to make a career change, exploit them, badger them, and send them packing with nothing but lint in their pockets and the desire to tell everyone that has ever walked through those doors exactly what they are walking into.

i was told that the training pay would be $270-$380 a week, and that i would not be on the street peddling, selling, or distributing Cheap colognes and perfumes. That is exactly what this is. They call it your "training", what it really is, is them making their quota so they do not lose their office. If you get your own office, your credit is on the line, your reputation, YOUR LIFE. If you do not sell enough, they put you out of business and you have to start from scratch. And the PAID TRAINING? not exactly. What it is that you have to "make drops" pretty much sell the cheap s**t on the street for at least $20, and whatever you sell it for over that, that is your "training pay" so in order to make at least $270 a week, you have to sell at least 27 bottles at $30 a piece to make it. I went out for three days strong, at least 14 hours a day, and sold 2. F*king TWO. And i have experience in sales. The product is cheap, poorly packaged, "sometimes the wrong packaging because they don't have the right package" and alot of people on the street will f**k with you, because these people that sell the s**t on the street are disrespectful and rude when turned down, and in the training they even tell you to ASK FOR TIPS!!!! EVEN IF YOU DON'T SELL A BOTTLE TO THAT PERSON!!!!! what is that? THAT IS BEGGING, PANHANDLING, ETC CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT MAN. Then, you are expected to participate in all of the stupid a*s hijinks they do at the office, like being in a f*king cult. Your meeting person "the boss i guess" says one, you are expected to scream "one" when they say something "there are so many phrases i can't stand them f*k it" they expect you to scream along with them, as to say that they are so excited about exploiting you that they want you to be happy about it too!!!! this is the biggest waste of time that i have ever done. The "owner" of the "office" that i was at could'nt even afford tires on her f*king car, the last day i was there she had a flat tire and it was a f*king DONUT. And this person makes $52,000 a year? hmmm.... sounds fishy to me. When you sell a bottle on the street, here is the breakdown of where the moneys go. $20-You pay for the bottle. anything over that is what you make, and the bosses are on the street selling them for $15. Do the math. Right here, you are already F*KED. When you pay them the 20 bucks, 12 of it goes to the office. Scentura Creations gets 8 of it. So, you make nothing, they make 12 bucks. Do the math on that. So they send 20 people out and they each sell a bottle. That is $240.00 they just made, and you made nothing. OH, DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR A TIP YOU W.P.S! that's what you are considered if you can't "hack" it or sell any bottles. They call you a w.p.s which stands for........... weak piece of sh*t. Well, i'm not the weak piece of s**t asking for f*king tips to the black lady walking out of 7-11 that can't afford to buy a bottle of cheap a*s imitation perfume from me for 20 bucks. F*k my life right? sh*t. What a way to run a business. I could go on for f*king ever. The thing that bothers me is that i turned down a d**n good paying job to take on this training and in that week, i made 20 bucks, and they made 48 bucks off of that. So what the f**k. That was the most degrading, frustrating, infuriating life of my week compared to others in my life. These people need to be stopped at all costs. Please, if you are reading this, and you are in training, QUIT!!!QUIT!!!! QUIT!!! don't waste your time, please. There is a good job out there for you, you will have a career someday, But Scentura Creations, and All for one promotions could honestly f*k your life if you get your own office. Please don't just quit, RUN. And tell everyone you know to google that s**t. GOOGLE THAT SH*T. I want compensation for the time i wasted with these f*ks.
