Fence not installed 75% of full payment provided in November 2017. Installation date keeps getting changed 3 different dates provided and still no fence. Contract agreement for fence was that it was going to be in three installments after the second installment was paid we will get a date to get our fence installed the payment we paid our 2nd installments In November 2017 . After six weeks we had not heard back from the company we attempted to call them without a callback for a week called him up to 10 times finally we got a hold of somebody named Pat she stated she didn't have the schedule book and would call us back and of course she then never called us back .
Finally when we kept calling back finally Pete called me and said that he was going to give us a date but would give us a call back finally after calling him multiple times and him not returning our calls of my husband was able to talk to Pete and he said that we would have our fence installed on January 14. January 14 came and left and there was no fence when I called them they said they had not started the job because we were missing the notice of commencement which I was not aware that we were supposed to sign and notarize so Pat came by my house and dropped off the form but said she was going to be out of town for the rest of the week and that she would come by and pick up the up on Monday so Monday she came by and picked up the form.
We then asked when we would have the fence finallythey said February 14 well February 14 came in there was nobody here so we called them and they said that their installers apparently thought it was a national holiday and they didn't show up to work . I asked when they had our permit done and they said they didn't have our permit yet . So here we are March 5th and no fence Pete said that their deliveries got changed or else he could have it done by Friday but he can't control this. We have been give 3 dates and there has always been an excused. We feel we have been scammed. They have not returned any of our calls or texts. Please help.

Our fence was finally installed after 5 months. I'm happy and it looks good too bad it was a nightmare.
