********* ISSUE RESOLVED - ALL MY SONS *********** I SPOKE TOO SOON.. ALL MY SONS CONTACTED ME TO APPOLOGIZE FOR MY BAD EXPERIANCE AND OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.. I AM VERY PLEASED ABOUT THE OUTCOME AND GLAD A COMPANY ACTUALLY LISTENED TO A COMPLAINT.. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED AFTER THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE..
