On May 29, 2012, we replaced
a defective contactor for Ms. Horn. She
was presented the invoice totaling $386.02.
She signed the invoice, indicating her approval for the amount charged
to perform the work. She then gave her
credit card information to our Technician, who in turn called our office to
process the payment. It was after that
time Ms. Horn researched other companies and obtained several other quotes.
We regret Ms. Horns
accusations that we were trying to take advantage of her because that was never
our intent. Therefore, in the spirit of
wanting to maintain a respectable relationship with Ms. Horn, we have mailed
her a refund check in the amount of $150.00.
We feel this to be a fair and equitable settlement.
