All Seasons Driving School Failure to provide services paid for Pickering Ontario
We paid this outfit $200 for six one hour driving lessons for our son in July 2016. Two lessons were provided in July and August.
The instructor, Zahir Malik, then began a course of repeatedly begging off appointments, asking to reschedule, but not actually rescheduling. In August, he suddenly without warning or explanation went overseas for a month. When he got back, he still had no explanation, and resumed his usual course of putting off any more lessons.
It remains unclear why someone else could not provide the lessons. It seems there may be only one person in the entire company, and that it is nowhere near the scale implied on its website.
Finally, in December, yes, December, I contacted our retained legal counsel, who directed me in informing the instructor of his failure, and of impending legal action.
Only then did the instructor wake up. His reply to my email was simply that he could do the remaining lessons in two weeks.
It is abundantly clear Zahir would never have done anything at all without the threat of legal action.
The remaining four lessons were done in December in two, two hour sessions, which I believe was to get us out of his hair more easily. I question the quality of the instruction.
