All Seasons Fitness Centre ASFC Entered the gym's monthly competition to win a 6 week gym membership to be told congratulations I have won but suprise the prize has changed to 7 days Auckland, New Zealand

I entered into this gym's monthly competition as seen advertised in our local newspaper. The ad was clear and read, 'Win a six week gym membership for two' There was only meant to be one prize and one winner, which would be contacted via telephone.
I was happily surprised when I had an evening answerphone message to say I had one and to claim my prize in 3 days!
So, excitedly, I rang the next day only to be told by a pushy sales manger, whose English was at best difficult to comprehend, that the prize was actually won by someone else and I had one only a 7 day membership.
I understandabley was unpleased and asked as to why it advertised for a six week membeship prize, to which she waffled on about how only "one winner gets this" and then constantly pushed to get my name, email and for me to sign up to the gym!!
This is a cheap, nasty sales trick whereby crappy marketing seduces people to sign up for what appears to be a quick and easy competition but results in being fobbed off with fake constellation prizes and hassled by sales staff.
Needless to say I went back over and checked all terms and conditions, and NONE of this was advertised. No mention of runner up or constellation prizes and certainly to pushy sales people.
Beware of this gym's dodgy marketing and scheming sales team!!!!
