ALL SEASONS TRAVELL FLORIDA Money deducted from bankcard--too soon...? FLORIDA NATIONWIDE
I wish to say that the money deducted from my bankcard, Has been REFUNDED-.by ALL SEASONS TRAVELL.
I received( NO,) correspondence with regards this ,and the waiting caused, immense
anxiety,and distress/
I had no, time to agree .. or to think
during a phone call,concerning a holiday in
Florida that was supposed to be a prize.
I would advise anyone who may also become
involved ,and wish to Cancell,to do so as soon as they can ,by writing to the below address.Also,(Register) any mail you send.
I am Gratefull that my money has been returned by, All Seasons Travell, it looks like the firm had good intentions ,in the offer of a holiday: One follow up phone call or one note from them, to say they accepted the cancellation would have taken away a lot of the worry.
They will gain confidence ,and customers, by giving people TIME.. To think it all out, and not deducting money, for at least one week..
To find you have payed a large amount of money for a holiday you won? Can been devastationg for some..!

I would like to add that ,with( NO) contact from All SEASONS Travell,my money has finally been returned..This after many weeks of worry,NO REPLYS EVER. I searched for advise.I also had-to ask my bank to remove- their interest on the money? Which but for a small charge they have done. I have a $60.00 dept,for using the Bank Card,but very happy that the total amount for ALL SEASONS TRAVELL has been returned.. ------------------------MONEY RETURNED I did send a registered letter to Atlanta,to try and cancel,and although i did not hear any word from them,finally the money was retreived: 1/ Contact your bank (report) what has happened. (STOP)(STOP)..... your BANK CARD,ASK BANK TO INVESTIGATE! ------------------------------------------- 2/ If you wish to cancel CONTACT, ALL SEASONS TRAVELL for the correct address in Atlanta.Put your letter in writing,(Keep a copy,)and register your letter by mail. I think you, have (60 days)to cancel. 3/----------------------------------------------- The Atlanta address ,is where the Office) to Cancell is.You can get (free advise) from Consumer protection, and support from the law in USA,if unsure what to do-Search internet: GOOD LUCK MARY
