Warning this is a paper contracting ring that is hurting homeowners in both southern CA and northern CA. Shlomo Perez who calls himself "sean" and his parter haim shiri who calls himself "jeff" appear to have been running the same scam in FL as well. they will rent a license then aggressively telemarket and sell jobs only to turn around aroound and sub to handymen who are not capable of producing a quality product. When things go bad as they always do, they will not pay the sub and pocket the difference.
