Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My daughter's hockey team decided to do a fundraiser to make money towards their travel and ice expenses.  We contacted Rick Collins at All4comfort.com, who sells 1200 threadcount Egyptian cotton sheet sets.  He does a special for fundraisers, where he will sell them to the team for $25 each and the team sells them for $35 a set.  So ultimately the team makes $10 per set.

Our team sold 166 sets, which were ordered with Mr. Collins on November 17, 2011.  In the order, we gave him a check for $4,150 for the 166 sets.  He said they would be in before Christmas and he would deliver them.

We received 140 of the 166 sets on December 18, 2011.  He never told us the order was short.  We found out by going through 12 large boxes of sheets.  Not only were 26 sets missing, they were NOT 1200 thread count.  When you read the fine print on the label, it says "compared to Egyptian cotton 1200 thread count sheets".  They are really nothing more than cheap microfiber sheets.  When I asked him about that, he tells me, "as far as I know, they're 1200 thread count."

Anyway, we've been trying to get the rest of the order (26 sets or $650 worth) since before Christmas.  He told me orginally that his supplier was backed up and would have them the first week of January. Since then, I have called an emailed him repeatedly to find out when the sheets will be in.  The last response I received from him was on January 13, 2012, saying he's sorry and that the sheets would be in the following week. Well, it is now January 27 and still no sheets.  I have tried several more times to contact him and he won't return my calls or emails.

I'm not sure what else to do.  This was supposed to be a fundraiser for a little girls hockey team.  And now, the parents of the team are going to have to pay all those people back the $650 if we can't get their sheets.  Not to mention, we have to explain why they didn't get 1200 thread count sheets.  It's just a scam and I hope some authority can put this guy out of business.   Rick Collins from All4comfort.com is nothing but a crook!
