Initially when we moved in the house was so unkempt, with dog poop and dog hair. And supposedly the " Property manager" told us that it was cleaned by professionals. After lots of talking she send somebody to mop and the house was still in such a mess. The saga did not end there we took pictures and the videos of the house of the mess. We were almost ready to get out of there and finally she sent some people to clean the house. Such a crappy service. They have such a lousy service they provided, we would complaint about anything ( for ex the fence had blown out and there were dogs coming intt our backyard but the response what we would get from the property manager is we will send some one , which took 3 months.)take a minimum of 3 months to get a response. WE would have to leave messages, email the so called property manager "sussie" who would not even bother to respond. Such a poor quality of service. And finally since we were so tired of their maintainence and their behaviour that we moved from the pothole which they would not care about even after letting them know. We were polite enough to pay the rent monthly and even vacate the house a month and a half prior to the lease. We requested them to let us know about a month earlier to let us know if any further cleaning has to be done or anything so that we can do it oursleves. It is unbeleivable that there are people like this. She just sent a bill from the professionals and lo she used all the deposit money ( that about 1300$) saying that the house was in a mess. We had cleaned the house so much prior to our moving, she sends us pictures of the house because we had left some ziploc bags and some dust accumulated in the kitchen areas. What a RIP OFF! They ripped us off our entire depoist. My sincere request if somebody is moving or buying a property from ALLEN REALTOR especially in Lakewood and especially you have to deal with " SUSSIE" it is going to be a pain "you know where" and you are just going to loose your peace of mind. |
