Complaint Review: Allentown Window Pros - Allentown Pennsylvania

I am an x employee of Window Pros and I will tell you the products they sell are far superior to the products you are talking about.  All windows and doors are custome made.  CAn you walk into home depot and get a stock window for $250 yessss but come on it is junk at best.  Same with a storm door.  I know for a fact that those windows cost over $300 to buy then add a warranty PVC coated aluminum capping and on and on and the fuel pledge...beleive me they were priced correctly.  Anderson Renewal...everyone heard of Anderson..well there windows start at $1500 a piece!!!!!  Is that a rip off??  You get what you pay for but to write to this site and state you were almost ripped off because your brother could pick up Charlie cheap windows...Really sir???

I'm in Kentucky and saw your statement about this window co. being connected with Econ solar/ gutter magician. I'm just wondering how you figured that out? I'm currently having trouble with a company by those same two names and the stories seem very similar to mine. I'm trying to do research on them but not really finding a connection. If you could help it would be much appreciated. This all seems very coincidental. Thanks.

Im very sorry for the situation that you were placed in by allentown window pro's. Let me assure you and everyone that may read this report that we ARE NOT the same company! The owner of Allentown Window Pro was Dorothy Stoffey, our owners name is Jim Dematt. We have our own individual tax id numbers and state id numbers, look them up! Im tired of having my company's good name and reputation dragged through the mud in regards to comments made about another company!  I f you can produce any info that connects us then please feel free to contact me  but in the meantime please stop!  Ive served hundreds of customers in the surrounding areas and its a shame that one or two people can tarnish your name!  Come and see some of the testimonials that our previous customers have written for us holding the company in the highest regards! Its just a shame that 1 person can make such a mess!

Obviously the Pennsylvania State Attorney General office must have felt differently when they sued you for $160,000 and fraud. So you just opened up under another name. Everyone needs to do your research on Green Eco Solutions, The  Gutter Magician, Allentown Window Pros. Econ Solar. I would highly recommend this site to everyone purchasing any home improvements from any company. These are just a few of the rip off artists out there praying on unsuspecting victims. Any questions contact the Pennsylvania Attory Generals office at attorneygeneral.gov  Please save yourselves the hassel and money.

Dear Sir If everyone bought price then everyone would be driving Hugo's. If you feel that Window pros is over priced you simply had to say, NO!! There are numerous products out there and not only in the window industry. Some people like Mercedes and some like Chevy's. It is a matter of chocie but you need to take the time to educate yourself that a $600 storm door is not of the best nor worst quality and if someone sells a higher priced products it does not make it a rip off. We have thousands of very happy customers and have a great manufacturing plant that makes products just for WP. These are exclusive to us and we enjoy them because of their high end features. If I said to you what is a u value and how is it calculated or waht is uvpc or waht is tempering vs plate glass and on and on you might not know but I do and when you simply say that WP is over priced and feel the need to write such a ridciulous letter I feel it comes from lack of knowledge. If I visited your home and said you keep a messy home. One visit. One hour. Then wrote a letter saying so I feel you might respond the same. I clearly don't have the knowledge to say this. If you find a cheaper window it does not mean WP is a rip off and I take that very seriously. I find it WRONG that this site does not provide a full name and address because remarks like this fall under defamation of character because they have no merit and would be liable to a law suit. At that time you would need to prove your remarks that you make and if they cost me just one sale I would be entitled to the profit that you cost me. Please keep this in mind.
