1. Alli has blocked my use of accessing the website for www.myalli.com.
2. I have had to file a formal complaint with both the Federal Trade Commission, and the Food & Drug Commission.
3. Personally, I believe that an Glaxo Smith & Kline (owners of Alli) employee or computer program has deliberately block my email address in their system.
4. I join the Alli website in Feb/March 2008, and registered then with my new product. Then I stopped using it for awhile. This week, I decided to give it anOther try, and bought a starter pack again.
5. Then I tried to register my new starter pack. It claimed that my email address was already being use and to request a new password from Alli. Which I did.
6. The temporary password didn't work, nor did the other 3 temporary passwords work. They then wasted over 30 minutes of my expensive cell phone dollars with a gal who couldn't speak English well.
7. What anger's me is: Alli is not a medical office or website having to keep my information personal. I have bought a product that is blocking me from using the website. They have customer no service when it comes to fixing the problem.
8. I am still without Alli web access.
9. I do know they are somewhat regulated, and so I have contacted government agencies that can do something about this situation.
