Alliance and Associates Financial Services Inc I wrote 3 Medicare cases that I was never paid for. I contacted a number of people and was told they would look into it. After months went by I emailed and called and never got a return contact attempt. I talked with other agents that have lost much more than i did from them and they are pursuing them for payment. I have no idea how any business can get away with this and still keep their doors open. Sarasota Florida

I am also an agent with Florida Blue for many years and they still have not paid me for several medicare policies that I have written back in 2014. I am at my wits end and have tried to resolve this with Florida Blue going on a year now- have provided all the requested documentation and after months and months they have still not paid me for business that I placed with them - no definitive answer given and upon doing my research found out that commission was paid to another agent not me - I have talked to other Florida Blue agents in the community and it seems they have had the same issue - not sure what to do now as I would like to be compensated for policies that I placed as that is the general idea when you are in sales- Florida Blue is so big and powerful that I do not have high hopes for a resoultion of this issue - have considered an attorney however fearful of the cost involved- I know for a fact that there are other agents in the community with the same problem and am thinking this could be a class action lawsuit - relly not sure where to go from here and find it disgraceful that a company such as Florida Blue has such disregard for their agents

I believe communication could have been better on both sides. This matter has now been resolved.

Alliance is very well-respected and highly regarded in the insurance industry and the community at large. Alliance is A+ Rated by the Better Business Bureau, etc. Alliance has a solid professional relationship with its stakeholders, including agents. The allegations posted are without merit, absolutely false and defamatory. Alliance reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable means to address such merit-less and harmful allegations, including but not limited to retraction and/or removal of the defamatory post(s).

I was shown proof today that Alliance did not get payed so they didn't pay me. All i asked for is a reason for non payment and never received a follow up email last year. As an agent, I am not privy to receiving information from Fl Blue according to the Reps when i inquired.
Only Alliance being my IMO/FMO has that authority. I have the emails where she responds one time and i reply back 3-4 times without a responce. Anyway, Fl Blue states that they will look into it again. I was contacted from 2 people that claimed to be former agents under Alliance.
Both had claimed they were owed large sums of money. I do not know if that is or was true. It was only hear say and i do not know them. I really don't care about this and i doubt if i will ever get paid and consider the situation to be resolved, finished and over. Admin please remove complaint as it serves no further purpose.
