Alliance Financial Lending Services I received a call from Walter Simmons x414 stating I was approved for a 5000.00 loan. He said he received my application over the internet but said I have 2 options to either get a co-signer or I would have to come up with 5 payments as collateral totaling 760.00.

Knowing I didn't have a co-signer and I was in financial difficulty I agreed he sent me over the loan agreement with a letter of him company said I would have to send it Moneygram to Wayne Cooper. I did called him back with the confimation number told me the funds would be in my account within 24 hours but they weren't. realizing I probably was scammed I called back the next business day and he wasn't returning any of my calls. spoke to customer service. they gave me a man by the name of Frank. I couldnt understand his last name asking him to spell if and he refused saying I don't repeat myself.

Frank told me that Walter Simmons is no longer on my account that he mis represented the company. I should have sent them 10 payments so I asked him you want me to send you another 760.00 he said only if you want the loan. told him to forget it and since I was lied to I want my money back. he said that it was secured and it would take 7 to 10 days and I asked for that in writing and he refused. so I told him I know this was a scam and he said FXXXXX You.

I honestly felt this was a real company. I received loan papers with a letter of the company. I hope I could get my money back I kept copies of the money gram transactions as with the loan documents that was faxed to me. Please if anyone can Help

too was also a victim of a "loan" company but by a different name and location, all the facts of your case sounds just like mine. What they companies prey on is that nobody will pursue their lost any further. Lawyers wont take the case because " it is not enough money" to fight over. You must report this to the better business bureau , attorney general office or your state and the state the company is located in.FBI, and you local police department. The only way for us as victims to win is to ban together an file a class action lawsuit. I looked up many laws about credit services organization act and deceptive trade act. This company like foreclosure assistance companies can be sued for fruad and forced to pay civil penalities, restitution, and punitive damages to victims. It is going to take the FBI to set up a sting on them to bring them to justice. I hope this info helps.
