I am with you all the way. Been in your shoes, in fact since 2009 and I have the paperwork, emails and names. I gave them 1500 and put me into the foreclosure notice. I have an attorney now, hopefully
they can help me save my house. Cost more money I don't have but if you want it done right get any attorney right away, even Twitter for one. I received so many calls after that. Even enter a complaint and your problem about your mortgage company and you will get calls I would imagine like I did. In the meantime I will be getting things together to SUE THE PANTS OFF ALLIANCE FOR not giving me my money back and for sending me into depression and more problems with my bank. Good Luck. and
Get that attorney. A good one like I got will really be understanding and do preliminary legwork before you fork out any money to see if your mortgage company will motify for you.

see my post on 9/15. However I was stupid enough to wait from 2009 til now. And this is only because I was getting messages saying we are working on it. and my bank was still excepting payments from me. Since the 15th I have hired a lawyer for the modification. Next step is to file criminal action proceeding against Alliance.

Per Alliance Mitigation Group's rebuttal, these false accusations that the company is a scam come from disgruntalled ex-employees. Wrong, AMG is a scam. Try dialing the number that is given in the AMG's rebuttal, (888) 744-2897, the only thing you will hear is "The AT&T Virtual receptionist you have dialed is not available. Please leave a message." There is no option to dial any extension, even 101, and you will never get a call back.
I was unemployed when I began doing business with these swindlers to restructure my mortgage and handed over $750 to get the job started & done. We communicated the entire time with me handing over my personal data and listening to "You have nothing to worry about!" Now I am 4 months away from foreclosure only to discover that they have not been communicating with my mortgage company at all. Now I am scrambling to find a company to force a restructure because my bank refuses to help despite the deception on the part of Alliance Mitigation Group.
I have exhausted every way of contacting them and cannot force out a response even using private inside phone numbers & emails to the individuals who were working with me. Don't let this happen to you, stay away from Alliance Mitigation Group. FYI - Oregon will not let them do business in that state anymore due to fraud committed like this one.
