Alliance One ripoff, belligerent, rude, harassing Exton Pennsylvania
I have had a bad experience with Alliance for only owing $250 for a store charge card. Every time they called me and it was at least twice daily, they were very rude in trying to get money from me. I'd been out of work due to medical issues, but that didn't seem to matter to them. The same girl demanded the money and if I couldn't get it to her, she'd demand to know names of people I knew that would give me money.
I set up payment arrangements, but had to change the amount twice and both times I got blasted because I needed to change the amount to something I could still live on. Elena was very rude to me stating "I only wanted to pay a certain amount" instead of what I could afford!
Because of her rude behaviour I demanded to speak to a supervisor and she rudely refused until I said please! These people are completely selfish, spiteful and unprofessional. That company needs to clean house and fire everyone that works there because they provide Zero customer service.
