I am a former employee of Allied Barton in Miami, Florida and was fired recently for speaking up about benefits and wages for its employees (even though they won't admit it). I have heard that they have recently been a large Miami-Dade County contract to provide guard services to GSA facilities. This contract is about $10 million per year and starts in October.
I also know that they have been working behind the scenes with Water and Sewer Department to get them to sole source a contract to them. They have been selected for award and that will also start sometime after October 1. Please lend your support to all Allied Barton guards and send an email to the directors for both departments urging them to force Allied Barton to offer better wages and benefits to those that deserve it most.
We could certainly use your help down here. Thanx

Nobody cares.The remaining workers on that site will be called in one by one to be asked if they agreed with what you said and those who did will be immediately fired and blackballed. The typical beaten-down,intimidated, uneducated and ignorant security guard will keep their head down and deny ever even knowing about anything like what you proposed --think Peter's denial of Christ --when things went down. They are too lazy, dumb, or uneducated to get a job like their security job and they are thinking about all the overtime they will get after you quit filling your shift until they find another IDIOT to replace you. The serfs,peons and downtrodden field hands who worked with you don't care. They were behind you until you got fired and now, they won't know you. The client doesn't care. That's probably why they don't ask whether their janitor contracting service employees are American citizens are even being treated right. And you are going to be blackballed as a union organizer and a troublemaker and a communist and everything else they can call you. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LISTING THIS BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES AS AN EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU JOB REFERENCES FROM HELL AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK IN THAT TOWN AGAIN,NOT EVEN IN SECURITY UNLESS YOU GET A GUN CARD AND THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR PEOPLE. So far, so good. I am hearing that NOBODY wants to apply for the scumbag private Security contracting companies here in Austin ,Texas.NOBODY! They have a severe shortage of people. SO WORD IS GETTING OUT ABOUT THEIR EVIL,LYING,STEALING,PAYCHECK SKIMMING WAYS! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS HIDEOUS, HORRIBLE, LYING STEALING SECURITY PEOPLE FROM HELL! ALL PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD CONTRACTING COMPANIES ARE JUST ALIKE AND THEY ALL RIP YOU OFF ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.
