Allied Interstate ripoff A man who did not give his name was rude offensive and obscene when he called my home regarding a debt from sprint. Highly unprofessional and a little scary to know that this young man has all my personal info. Mesa Arizona
A young man called my home today from Allied Interstate. This is the first call I have recieved from this company regarding a sprint bill in the amount of 357.68. I first explained to him that I have been talking back and forth with sprint regarding this bill and I only owe 159.45. Sprint added extra fees and charges which I was told was allready removed from the bill.
This man proceded to interuppt me and became offensive and loud. He stated he would call my home "40 million times a day or night until I pay the full balance now, will that be by check or credit card, mam? My first thought is I would never give some one like you that info over the phone, then I asked him his name and he said " I gave it to you in the beginning of our conversation its not my fault if you cant remember it."
I have never in my 26 yrs of living been treated like this and I am very scared to know there is someone out there with my personel info and credit report access who is so hostile and volger. He wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I called back a young lady answered the phone and I began to ask her if the conversations were recorded, then he popped in (on the line) yelling telling my to just shut up and pay the bill.
What in the world is this company and what can I do??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
