Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I felt like I've been cheated and lied to because the dealership was hungry for my money and they didn't care about me.

In the early part of 2016 I brought a Harley Davidson Road King which was the best bike that ever man made that I think so or at least I thought so. But here I started to belong to a group of people that were part of a dealership that was at first seemed amazing and a great family to be around and to work with if you can get into it . But a year passed by and I thought I should get a bigger and better Harley Davidson then that which was the 2010 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide Limited Addition Classic. Which was an amazing bike all around because it had everything a man can ever dream about from better motor to a beautiful machine all around. But the only thing that was wrong with it was that it had 83,000 miles on it unjust clutch and every time you want to get going it will sound like it's dying. And had a nail in the back tire .

So I went to the dealership ( Alligator Alli Harley Davidson ) to the service department and I've asked them what could they do for me about it. Because I just bought this bike and it shouldn't even seen the service shop for the next at least 5 years if it's supposed to be coming right off the show room. They told me that it will cost me between $400.00 to $500.00 to fix it ontop of the monthly payment is $400.00 and I asked them if they are kidding me. And they said that they are serious about it because it's a Harley Davidson. I don't think it's fair or responsible from the Alligator Alli Harley Davidson to slam someone that just brought a bike from them and not even a month pass by and they need to put $700.00 in one month to fix a bike that they sold it knowingly that it's not fixed all the way. And that they will have to pay $700.00 to almost $800.00 to fix with making a monthly payment for the bike that they barely using because of the bike's problems. It's not fair and irresponsible and quite deadly to leave a bike like that for someone to buy it knowing that it have those problems and more problems just because the costumer wanted to have a big bike like that.

That sure gave me a bad taste from the Harley Davidson community of dealerships around because some of them are not honest with they're costumers. And they don't see a costumer infront of them they see their money and that's pretty bad when your dealing with only two wheels transportation. That if something goes bad on it and your doing the speed limit and you know it can hurt you pretty badly. You got to do something about it with out being charged to the point that you can't even afford it anymore. I think this alligator Alli Harley Davidson should be ashamed of them selves for trying to almost kill me because of seeing me a money and not as someone alive that wants to be happy just like them.

When I trade in my Harley Davidson Road King it was in a perfect condition and only had little over 11,000 miles on it but the bike that I got for it, it had little bit over 83,000 miles on it and I only had it for less then 2 months and I already had problems with it when with the Harley Davidson Road King I had no problems once for ever.

So now I have no harley Davidson and they still want me to pay for a harley Davidson that they knew it was in a bad condition from the Clutch to the chocking and dying bike when I even get to a red light and wanting to start going when the light turn green and I'm talking about the second bike that I got from them that they knew it needed some repairs but they still sold me the bike and didn't want to repair it till I come up with those $400.00 for something they knew about it and they never told me because they didn't care about me they cared only about what I have or had in my wallet and that's not fair because Harley Davidson isn't just for the reach its also for the middle man that just trying to have fun and in my case have it at his main trasportation.

They lied to me and cheated me because they saw that I loved the Harley Davidson Ultra Glide 2010 instead of giving me something that won't break down on my like the Harley Davidson Road King 2013 that I traded it in.

To all that is dealing with them I would say good luck and make sure that you know what your getting your selves into because I don't think it would be nice to put you in my situation when I have a 8 months old baby boy and my wife have a car and we were only trying to be cheaper on the gas then if we had two cars ok !!
