Allnewsports.com ALL NEW SPORTS Newton Kansas Roketa dealer is a rip off, lip service, with a worthless warrenty Newton Kansas
I ordered 2 Roketa Bali 150 cc scooters, One is fine the other has a broken starter switch, and will not start.
The paper work to register the bikes with the state were also missing. 1 month later the Company sent the papers out.
I contacted the company the same day as delivery, and every week sense then. The service & parts dept will not return calls nor will they transfer a call between depts.
I also ordered 2 helmets that have never arrived, told they are on back order. The bike warranty is also a joke for the warranty to work you must ship the bike back to allnewsport in Kansas, that is not stated in the warreny terns when bikes are ordered.
