Allstars Movers & Storage Inc Scam Artists! Horrible Service Chandler Arizona
I used a coupon for the $48.99/hour for 3 guys & truck. They guaranteed the only other charges would be for mileage. Well then comes the bill - I was charged for 2x the quote, big screen fee of $50 dollar for a tv on wheels and $80 for shrink wrap. The guys did not move 1/2 of my furniture and spent billable hours talking on their cell phones. Their customer service lady is rude and does not care a bit when you call to complain. They were also late on moving day in addition to showing up in a Budget Truck instead of a company vehicle (makes me wonder who these scam artists are). I am out a fortune and my house is still not moved.
