The GOOD HANDS PEOPLE what a joke and is so far from the truth. Nov 13th 2013 my wife was driving my 2010 Ford Expedition when she was rear ended by a driver that has Allstate Insurance{the good hands people}. The other driver was ticketed for being 100%in the wrong so Allstate should make me whole again right? Remember the comercial says YOUR IN GOOD HANDS. What a joke 1st just to get someone to come and inspect our vehicle was a hasstle. I was told i could have a rental car for 3 days while my truck was being fixed anything else i was to pay the difference.Oh and they said i was entiled to a medium size vehicle thats great i have a 8 passenger truck and you want to give me a medium car. Thank god when my wife was in the accident with my 11 year old daughter she wasnt in a medium size car when one of allstate insured drivers rear ended them when the were at a complete stop.So after going back and forth with people in claims i just paid for a rental out of my own pocket rather than get pissed off anymore. Thats just cant happen when you deal with workers at allstate . I put in a claim for Diminished Value on the truk and you guessed it that was denied also by a woman named Nancy Martin. So in a nut shell my truck was damaged by a Allstate driver I paid for my own rental car and today my truck is worth even less than it was a month ago because it has been in a accident and has been repainted in the back. Once again there not the good hands people the only thing Allstate has done for me is use there GOOD HANDS to give me the middle finger.

Do you have insurance??? Then the if so you should have called your insurance company first before anything.  THEN you should have let them deal with it because that is what you pay them for.  If not then you are going to have to hire an attorney to deal with them.  BTW learn how to SPELL and use PARAGRAPHS!

If this is how you correspond with businesses then no wonder no one listens to you.  AND you have a child?? Good Grief! Get an education, stop demanding things and let YOUR insurance company deal with them.  FYI you have not one say in what type of rental car you get.

Youre are confussed good sir. Youre ASSUMING that insurance makes you "whole". The reality is that there is a minimum and a maximum amount that the driver who caused the accident has to work with. You can see it on your own insurance forms. If this driver doesnt have COMPLETE coverage, there is NO WAY the insurance company can make you whole. The driver only paid for a LIMITED amount of insurance. This means that the insurance company HAS to work within the budget that the driver paid for. So youre blasting all state but its the DRIVER who made the choice to go with a lower valued insurance.

What you will have to do is RETAIN A LAWYER!! I cannot stress this enough. YOU WILL BE SUEING!! Especially if you want to be made whole. Once the insurance company has paid off THEIR portion then you have to go after the driver personally. This means you will need a Lawyer to help you setup your case and help you to find the remaining value NOT covered by the insurance company.

And on a side note, dont you think youre being too harsh? I mean the insurance company can ONLY pay out WHAT the driver paid into. To blast them for not giving your more then they are legally allowed to is just sour grapes on your part. I can understand if you DID NOT figure out how insurance works exactly. But you yourself are a driver and have to pay insurance. So you have an idea on how insurance works. So that would mean that you KNEW that the insurance company couldnt do more for you and your post is an attempt to use the internet to attempt social blackmail. In this instance its going to backfire on you. You cant embarass a company if they are doing everything they can legally. Which it appears as they are. If you were just IGNORANT, even that is understandable. But as I said before, you are a driver, you have insurance, so you have an idea how it works.

You have UNFAIRLY blasted a company that IS doing all they legally can for you. This is NOT A RIPOFF nor is this a SCAM. The only one attempting to scam is you. YOU want more then the insurance company legally has to pay. You are attempting social blackmail to get to this goal.

Perhaps you should step back and LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
