ALLSTATE INSURANCE ripoff OCALA Florida
I am a ex-allstate customer. I got married and switched over to State Farm. In the long process of getting it switched, State Farm needed a letter of experince showing the accident that I was in in 2003 wasn't my fault. Long story short, the guy that hit my car had no insurance and was on probation for drugs. Allstate showed on their reports that I was at fault and my police report says I wasn't.
Well now, two years later, I get a letter from allstate saying they found the guy that hit my veh that had no insurance, is refusing to pay for the damages. So allstate says that's all they can do and if I want to, I can file a court claim. Doesn't make sense why anyone would want to file a report with police or insurance company if you have to pay for the damages yourself.
