We searched through a number of contractors to renovate our kitchen. We landed with Allstate Kitchen & Bath in Totowa NJ. We met with their General Manager, Donna Infantolino, several times and ended up drafting a contract in March. They were to order all new cabinets, do the demo, install of cabinets, flooring, backsplash, etc...As part of the contract we were to give a down payment. I went to the showroom and wrote the check out to Donna to get everything taken care of. She said she would handle all the ordering and pay the bills. A month or two later, I checked on the progress of the cabinets. I was told in May that cabinet delivery was scheduled for 06/27/15. Then I was told that Donna had left the business but someone else would be helping me. I didnt receive any further communication. I contacted them back at the end of June with no response. I found out that Valdo Panzera was the actual owner of the business but really had nothing to do with the business. I was told the people running the business were, Billy & Gini Panzera, and that they weren't sure where my money was. They said Donna took some of the money and stole it. That they used the money to pay for prior customers orders. That my order was never really placed because it was never paid to the cabinet company. Now they were out of money and couldn't place my order. It has been 3 weeks since then and they have still yet to come up with the money and get my order taken care of.
