Perhaps you should pay attention to the Terms and Conditions you agreed to abide by when you started your service. They CLEARLY state that should you terminate service the final month will not be prorated. These are the terms & conditions YOU agreed to abide by every month you paid your bill. So you have no basis for any lawsuit and are wasting the Atty General's time. Further, when you disconnected you were told this as well. It is part of the disclaimers read to you when you disconnect line(s). So if you ignored it or didn't pay attention to that part, wah.....
