I was suckered into buying a skin cream from Allumiderm on 6/16/17 via a Facebook ad for $5.95. There were all these famous people with testimonies of using the cream. When I was purchasing the cream there was a very sneaky thing that happened which should have raised a red flag for me, but they somehow charged an additional $4.95 and threw in another cream while I was confiming my purchase. It struck me as very deceptive. I received an email with a receipt confirming my purchase. I got the products a week or two later, tried them for awhile, didn't find them very helpful and quit using them. I forgot all about it until I was examining my credit card statement today. They have charged me 4 additional times since ordering the first cream: $86.95 on 6/29/17, $89.95 on 6/30/17, $94.90 on 7/28/17, and $92.90 on 7/29/17!!!!!!!!!!!!!  A total of $364.70 since my initial purchase and I have not received a single product from them in the mail or any email receipts confirming any additional purchases!!!!!!!!!!! I immediately phoned their customer care at 888-229-1035 and spoke to Greg. He told me that when I had ordered the creams that I had signed an agreement to receive products monthly after my initial purchase. I disputed this and said I never signed such a form and even if I did I had not received any products. He said they just shipped me some products a couple of days ago and that because I had signed an agreement for the monthly service he could not grant me a full refund. He first offered a 35% refund. I refused and said I would report them to the BBB and my bank and get a full refund. He then said he could give me a 50% refund, but no more. This continued until I refused and ended the call. He called me back and offered a 75% refund, his final offer!!!!  He also threatened me that no one is able to get a full refund by disputing the charges and so I should accept his 75% offer. Ridiculous!!!  I called my bank and they are working with me to investigate this scam and dispute the charges. I also got a new card to avoid more charges.
