Allumiere Serum Allumiere charged my debt card before the end of the trial period. Internet
Allumiere offered a "free" sample, at $4.95 for shipping, for a trial period of 14 days on Nov. 13, 2017. Allumiere charged my debt card $103.00 on Nov. 26, 2017, which was before the end of the trial period. When I confronted them they would only refund me $41.20, 40% of the amount they took. I expressed how unfare the trial period was. The customer representative agreed with me. The trial period began the day I placed the order, Nov. 13, 2017. I did not know that until I called them to dispute the charge on my debt card. It took 3 to 5 days for shipping which was considered part of my trial period to try their product. I did not know they counted the days to ship as part of my trial period until I called them. The details of the agreement say they give 14 days for a trial period. I was not allowed 14 days to try their product. I was allowed 9 days at the most. I want the rest of my money, $61.80! They jumped the gun & they owe me $61.80!
