I saw the ad for the face cream on Facebook and went to the website to read more about it.  I don't know about he product, but the way it is advertised with the trail sample is deceptive.  There is a 14 day trial period that starts the day you order it, so it includes shipping time.  Evidently, when you sign up for the free trial, you are enrolled in a monthly subscription.  This is something that is not easy to figure out.  I found out when my debit card was declined on a small purxhase that I was charged $89.95 for the cream and $85.95 for the eye serum.  Although the products come in the sme box and have the same packaging, you have to make two separate calls to cancel and get a refund. They initially offered a 35% "Courtesy Refund", but I was able to get a 50% refund, after talking to a supervisor.  This evidently is a problem with the company, while I was on the phone, I heard in the background, the same offer being made to another customer.  The same product is offered on Amazon for less than 1/2 the price from the company.  How good can these products really be?
