Allura skin Allura Anti Aging Serum I too was victim of Joanna Gaines skin cream scam. Ordered 1 skinproduct 'Allura' at $4.95 was sent 2 skin products & charged 85.95 each + ship chgs. They refused to take back or return $. Orange County California
I was taken in by TV infomercial on Allura ant-aging serum promoted by a popular TV celeb. Thought it was an introductory of fer of $4.95. Didn't see any mention of additional cost. No mention of any other product. Received the Allura along with Allusiv eye cream boxed in identical boxes and shipped together. Was charged separate shipping charges for each and then to my suprise charged 85.95 for each product for total of over $180.00.
When I called to complain was told they had a 14 day trial clause and it was on auto ship. They claimed it was all in the infomercail and offered me a half price deal but refused to accept any returns. Not only that, they are separate companies with different phone numbers, no physical address, no way to contact them direct. I guess it is the new version of the snake oil salemen.
