I ordered a robotic vacuumm/mop with accessories including a charging dock for 49.99, I spent $10.00 extra dolloras for expedited delivery on July 8, 2017. I received the order on July 23, 2018.
The package was sent in a small plastic shipping bag which was damaged on the corner of the box. When I opened it. I was shocked to see it was a very small plastic toy like vacuum that had no working parts.
I paid through my bank ATM, I did not use Paypal but was told that I had to go through Paypal for resolution. Paypal is refusing to return my funds per their money back guarantee unless I return it to China. It says on my order under refund policy that unless the item is over $70.00 I do not have to return it to go my money back.
