I am a lifetime member, paid years ago. I was promised to receive these books as long as I lived. So I am still alive and well. but the books quit coming around 2013 or 2014. I still want my books for my gardening library. Just now got my computer so I can go online. I called the phone number and it was so confusing that i did not know how to approach through this communication. i realize that 911 caused a lot of confusion, but others that are younger are receiving their books without trouble. i know I waited a while for things to be straighten out. They should not be allow to quit sending something i bought years ago for a lifetime. Agin i am alive and I think they should sen my copies from 2014 to now..I do nto want anything but my books. Thank you.
