Almost Diamonds Items unsent, unanswered e-mails/phone calls! Cathedral City California
I placed an order on 7/26/08 for four items with this company. I only received two of them (which I recently returned). I have called and e-mailed this company several times asking where the missing items are and I've also requested they cancel the rest of the order and refund my credit card for the unsent items. (They charged my credit card for all four items). I have not had a single response, not one, which is absolutely ridiculous.
As others have stated, their 'Live Chat' is NEVER open, they never answer the phone (even during business hours) and e-mails will go unanswered. This is by far the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.
If you check this company out on the Better Business Bureau website, you will see they have a 'F' rating, which is not surprising. In addition to reporting them on this site, I've also opened a dispute with my credit card company and I've filed a complaint with the BBB. This company needs to be shut down ASAP!!!
