Ok so I joined this company on faith that it was pretty legit and kept being positive even though they had a wholesale program that states may take up to a month to receive items, I still ordered. well here we are 2+ months later and nothing and they are blaming USPS and the "distributors" for the delay. Items I ordered from the site actually arrived about when they were supposed to, but not everyone has my luck on receiving items ordered. Some will receive mini versions of what they paid for and some will wait months and months and not receive their items, some will receive broken merchandise and some will recieve less than poor quality items.

I was only happy with half of the items that arrived, the other half was not as advertised. I ordered an item on OCT. 22 and I have yet to receive it. I was messaging the person running wholesale through facebook and usually it was pretty easy going back and forth but recently she seemed over it with the way she was directing me to email the newy created wholesale email account with my wholesale concerns dealing with shipping and tracking. I was really confused why she couldn't just tell me where my items were and how much longer it would be but I kept getting the run around. I sent an email to them as I was instructed and it fell on deaf ears, so I went to PayPal to file a dispute to try to get my moneyback before it was too late. Then there was a huge blowup internally just 2 days later with high ranking affiliates leaving and exposing a whole bunch of shocking information. 

It was revealed how she woud find items for dirt cheap to sell to us as affiliates and to the customers whether it was through Wholesale or through the Site and she doubles, triples, quadruples the prices on us and then does the same to the shipping costs. She then tries to give a lesson in marketing and sales and says this how you make a profit, mind you we only made 20% commission from these sales and only 5% for 2 tiers below us. It was revealed that the high ranking officials were stealing reps and moving them to other high ranking leaders, for reason I am still not clear on. It was also revealed that some were stealing commissions from other reps by moving orders placed from reps under their own account to receive the commission.

It was also revealed that some were stealing commissions and profits from sales made and not returning them, causing Kiyuannia to pause Commission paydays for weeks. She promised grab bags in exchange for not requesting a payout and I never recieved one. They also promise a free gift with every rep order and I never received all miine. I entered some contests and I was promised several grab bags for those and I never received them, also reps who had contests promised me gifts that I never received. She has terminated reps for being in a facebook messenger chat group that was for sharing experiences good or bad that we experienced with the company, she only found out due to some snitches that were in the chat. So she gave no notice, decided not to pay commissions owed whether they were above or below the $10 threshold. She refuses to process refunds to customers who are dissatisfied with their orders or who no longer want to wait on delivery. Her customer service skills are atrocious and she gets rude and snippy when customers want a refund, also applies to reps. She claims she does not have to pay commissions owed to rep who leave, quit or get fired if its under the $10 threshold, she claims she can keep that money for herself. She has paid some reps who have quit or been terminated to keep them quiet or so they don't bother her anymore, but if you pay one under the threshold, you should pay them all. Also that is stealing someone else's hard earned money, it is hard to get a sale in Direct Sales and she thinks she can hold onto commissions like that.

So moving back to Wholesale, Nowhere in the group did it mention that each item displayed comes from a different supplier and therefore it has its own shipping and processing times and each items ships separately. I only found this bit of information out when chatting with the owner, Kiyuannia, and she reveled it to me and because I was still hopeful, I was like ok whatever. Now when you are promising items to arrive by a certain date and then don't you need to make good on refunds and a lot of the ite,s offered were seasonal items such as halloween, fall, christmas, winter and they have yet to arrive. 

Things about the Owner: She was rude to some reps and customers and either bullied reps or allowed them to be bullied in team chats. Her customer service was terrible whether it was concerning customers or reps. She says if you want a refund give me 1-2 days to get it submitted and then it takes 3-5 days to return to you, but she never does it unless your her behind and around the corner. She doesn't keep her word. She sent a hand typed Cease and Desisit email to an ex-rep recently, full of spelling and grammatical errors, stating that she was going to be filing suits against everyone who speaks badly about her company, as if having a negative opinion isn't allowed. The person who received the email has been harrassed on facebook by current loyal reps to Kiyuannia and they try to friend request her and they comment on her posts and are aggressively rude. She would fulfill some orders while skipping over or forgetting about other orders(shelving). She would fulfill certain people's orders above others.

She thinks she is going to get away with this and that she does not have to make amends to the ones she has hurt and deceived. She owes commissions and refunds to several current and ex-reps. All she had to do was run her business ethically and be honest and we would have understood. I mean obviously we're understanding people, we patiently waited months for items to arrive and they never did. Do not do business with or join this company until she can get it back in order, right now it's in shambles. If we can get it to shut down that's great too, but if she commits to changing her whole business model and guaranteeing better shipping times and better refund methods, she can stay open, but why would you take that chance now?
