paid for llc conversion based on new partners from an inc to llc in another state. asked why should we file it in Florida.. stated because it doesn't matter.... WRONG... it does matter. Jackie Royal is the office personal who is probably one of the most nastiest rude people I have ever come across. asked her for paperwork to correct these errors she hung up the phone... not once but 4 different times. they were questioned and they will not respond. take your chances and your 500 dollars 1 hr phone call meeting elsewhere... waisted a bunch of time and money to only end up frustrated. contacted Florida bar and am going to pursue this.
