Alpha & Omega Financial Services H & R Financial Loam Modification Rip Off, Took my money & disappeared!! Ontario, California
I was contacted by Sean Moore at H & R Financial Services. He assured me he'd be able to get me a loan modification. I signed a contract and forwarded all my financial information to this company. I was promised a very low interest rate and a closing date. I paid $2500.00. Then the number was disconnected and Sean Moore wouldn't answer his personal cell phone. After a month of leaving messages and further investigating I found out Sean was fired, the company picked up and moved from 4141 Inland Empire Blvd., Ontario to 9227 Haven Blvd., Ontario.
They cleared out their 1st address and left them owing $15,000.00. Now they have contacted my mortgage company requsting to be put on my file to represent me as Alpha & Omega. I've contacted the Attorney Generals & BBB. I'm sending a demand letter and then filing Small Claims court case againast, H&R, John Heckler & Alpha & Omega. I called the new office at 909-257-0664 and spoke with a Lisa, who was studdering when I told her the story! Someone was suppose to return my call over a week ago. Guess what no call! I'm letting you know this is a complete scam!!! Stay clear!!
