Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, PST. You will always reach a "live" person when calling during our regular business hours.
If the coverage on the Limited Benefit Plan did not meet your needs, we do apologize. This plan is not for everyone as it does have a limited benefit schedule however, it does work for many of our members who can not afford the high dollar premiums for a major medical health plan.
