Steven Muehler has tried to shed his skin again. He had LAIC and others before now opening Alta Vista and Stevemuehler.com. He has a cease desist order from the Dept. or Corporations in California, several judgments against him and securities violations. You should all beware. He solicits funds, diverts the money and gambles it away. Please review the Dept. of Corporations report on him by google'ing steven muehler, laic, department of corporations, cease and desist. He showed me counterfeit documents through all the proces of obtaining financing for my project. Nothing was ever delivered and the reinmusment of the retainer promised to be done in 2 days is still due after 2 months. Stay away from him, talks about private jets and his super corporation but nothing is true.
Have all documents ready to show if required by somebody. He has been reported to the SEC, to the FBI and several other agencies. Will continue to report him as to stop him from scamming other people.

OOPS the actual spelling , is Desist, sir, not Decist.
I do not see him responding to any of these since he is guilty of taking peoples' money and not even producing one report in return.
Steven Muehler, if he has not ripped you off yet, most likely will soon. There are numerouse people that he took money from to invest.
Try calling his international office phone # for his business in Chile.
Try calling his local California office phone # for LAIC Venture Capital or any other phone #'s that he has listed on his AltaVista websites. Good luck sir.

Attached is a copy of the 5-page Desist and Refrain Order issued by the California Department of Corporations dated August 25, 2010. As you can see, this document debunk's Muehler's rebuttal stating that this posting is untrue.
We have also been victimized by Steven J. Muehler AKA Steven Mueller when he was scamming innocent people through one of his past shell companies, Delray Securities, LLC.

Steve Muehler is not subject to any Cease-and-Decist Orders, and this is quite easily verifiable. Any search of the California Department of Corporations will show this and all Corporations are in Good Standing. This is a statement of someone very uneducated.
