Alturas at Burien AKA The Heights at Burien run by: Trinity Property Management These people charge a ridiculous amount of rent and they don't fix issues that arise in any of the 543 units the tenants have to pay w/s/g, electric, and gas on top of paying an absurd amount of tent to live in tiny a*s apartment's Burien Washington

I live in these ridiculous apartments and they are constantly having people move out because they won't fix any maintenance issues urgent or non urgent. They charge $1100 in rent alone for a studio/ 1bedroom, they charge $1285 in rent alone for a small 785sq ft 2bedroom and $1385 for a 885sq ft 2bedroom and 1500 plus for the tiny a** 3bedrooms that can't be more than 1000sq ft. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for water and sewer, plus you pay for garbage and gas heating and cooking as well as electric for lights. They are constantly trying to get people to fork out more and more money for things like late fees or NSF fees that tenants already paid for but they will continue to say that the tenant owes that money plus more. A great majority of the tenants who live here at this s*** hole of apartments are minorities as well as low income families who cannot afford to save to move anywhere. I was told by another tenant who has moved out that the owners/ property management company are being sued by multiple people who were and possibly still are residents in this f***** up apartment complex.... I would not refer this place to anyone ever and if I could afford to move out I would be gone
