Always Legal Incense ALI Sent wrong product and refused to accept return Toms River, New Jersey
I purchased a large quantity of wholesale products from this supplier and it was supposed to be 50 state legal potpourri, around 1700.00. After receiving the product I discovered it was not 50 state legal and was NOT the product that I ordered. I contacted the company and they refused to take the product back and said I was lying to them and trying to scam them. No matter what I said they refused to make it right so I am out 1700.00! DO NOT do business with these people unless you have money to throw away!

As a customer of this company, I can tell you that I have NEVER received fake/illegal product from this company.
I have a long term relationship with this vendor and would happily and willingly take his word over anybody else even if I wasn't aware of the entire circumstances of this particular transaction.
All I have to say regarding this "customer's" claims is - Always Legal Incense packages all of their product with legal documentation of what was shipped to each person.
As for this customer. he is lucky that the damage he is attempting to do to this company's reputation is not something ALI takes to court since his order is really to small to be concerned with.
A word of advice to this customer. STOP now. This is only going to get worse for you. This is not ALI. You can verify my website. I am a customer, and ALI's customers WILL defend them against reports like this.
Your manner of doing business will ensure that you will not be in business long.

Fraudulent Claims With No Substantial Evidence

Always Legal Incense attempted to resolve the matter with displeased customer. We photo document and hand-count all items that come and leave our warehouse. We've also contacted our distributor to confirm with them that we've never ordered the product the customer is claiming we sent to them instead of the advertised product our customer purchased from our website store.
The customer is trying to return his old, but now illegal, products from his inventory to our store in exchange for another order of legal products. We've never ordered, nor have we ever carried an illegal product, nor have we ever shipped an illegal product to any customer nationwide. In fact, we've only shipped one product to date and that's our Kush Legal products. Customer claims we sent larger bags with different writing on the product. These are fraudulent claims made by the customer, and we have dated, physical documentation/photographs to prove we shipped our customer the products they ordered.
