I have no experience with Always the Best of Times, but I do with Bob from On the Move DJ's.  I hired him for my wedding and 17 years later my niece hired him for hers - without knowing it was the same company.  Both times he was professional, polite, and amenable to the needs of myself and my niece as the brides-to-be.

Looking at the comments from Always the Best of Times, and others that have dealt with them, I can see that this guy Danny is very unprofessional.  I think others reading this whole dialogue of comments, and other reports on them, can figure that out for themselves and know which would be a better decision in hiring a DJ.

Good luck, Danny, as I think you're going to need it when you figure out what it is you want to do with your life as I don't think DJ is the profession for you.  You would need to be more of a people person and it just doesn't seem like you have that in you. 

Thats a great idea, let me post my address for all the world to see. If it is so easy for you to obtain online why would you provoke me to post it on here? And even if I was dumb enough to post my information, why on earth would I willingly give it to you? Hello Coward,  How nice of you to chime in. This man is from on the move mobile djs. I was at a wedding with him at N. HAMPTON VALLY COUNTRY CLUB. He was to lazy to set up the PEAVEY JUNK he uses in the correct spot in the room. As a result the bridal party could not hear him. Between this and the fact that he speaks way to fast. He Ruined the entire intro then said it was the mat're d's fault. If the bride was not the daughter of a life long friend she would have killed him! Then screwed up the flower toss as well. I have cut in to his bookings big time!  This is why he's crying. I just called him. He didn't have anything to say to my face as always.  He can't touch me as a dj so he has to use s#$t like this to attack me.

I was contacted by this jerk in the summer of 2008 for a job with our Disc Jockey company. Thank god it did not work out with us as he was sent to do a block party and created a mess on that job by drinking and being nasty with the people who had hired us. We did however do the job again last year and we were advise as to what kind of creep we in fact almost hired. He was hired in the past by Best of Times Disc Jockeys out of the Lansdale area who fired him for being as I was told by the owner as a no-it-all and very creepy. Best of Times is a very good company and has a outstanding repretation in our field. When fired he took the title of Always The Best of Times as his company name and also downloaded a video off the web from Viddler did a voice over on it took make you think he is a world class dj which as we all know now is not the truth. He being the a-hole he is made threats to the owner of Best Of Times and to my partner after we found out what he was all about. The names and crap he has spewed on this poor bride and her family is beyond crossing the line. He also tried the same insults on us in the same monkey minded manner he did to this young bride. I'm so glad this has come out and now I have all this crap he has written on this site to show any customers that contact us that it would be in their best interest to stay away from him even if they are just shopping for a disc jockey service. He states he has done over 19 weddings this year we in fact have more than that booked for 2011, if he was that busy he would not have to place listings on craigslist just to get work. He is so robotic with his presentation at a wedding it is like watching grass grow and as far as music the only thing he could mix is a rum and coke and be poor at that. All I and all the real disc jockey services out there who do a great job and run a honest company is to advise this poor bride is to file charges against this scumbag and his shady ways...Kristin I wish you and your husband  the best of luck and if you need any help taking down this a-hole you know how to find me. And as for you Danny boy we have this stuff down loaded and will use it if you spew any more of your childish crap on these poor people or any real disc jockey services !!! If you're going to post as different people and fake identities, atleast ACT like you know nothing about the inside situation, and know information that only the parties involved would know. You post  ' this guy is a great DJ', then within the same sentence post ' when your guests wanted me to play songs on an iPod I did". lol Pathetic attempts from an even more pathetic person. I feel so bad that you have to go through this nonsense. It seems you had a total psycho for your dj. I know how it can be to try last minute to get things done on top of what you already have to do. My, How busy you have been. If you'r looking for a company that's not a joke. I suggest you try the phonebook. Ads. on decidio or philly burbs are free. Just in case you don't know. Phone book ads. cost plenty! This is how to find a professioal dj

Anyone can place free ads. on the net. They are of little use. They only serve has tolls for a spiteful person to take cheap shots at you. Just has stated by yourself and another lady (please) reviews can be placed by anyone. For exsample: A rival dj. An x girlfriend, someone they owe money, A yeast infected bride . The same holds true for good reviews. The dj him or herself, A friend, or any of dozens of happy customers. CALL THEM! Don't be alergic to the telephone like some brides are. Chances are good they can show you actual cards and letters from customers. You may even be able to speak with them. Ask the dj for a copy of a cancelled check. This way you will know you are talking to a real customer. You seem very anal about a persons english. Please tell me what the hell an (adjective) is. It would seem that we all make errors. A dj spat on a young girl for asking very nicley for one more song? And I guess you'e a size 2? You say this was a fun party. How can this be? When A NASTY! SCUMBAG! DIRTBAG! Is running it? Let me give you a little tip about hiring a dj. Don't do everything in your power to piss him/her off.  Look for a novice dj. He or she will tolerate whatever rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful bull@#$% you dish out. A professional will not. 

My fiance and family were guests at this very wedding.  We had no idea of the situation between this DJ and Kristin and her husband.  However, I can certainly say, given that, that this DJ was exceptionally rude and downright nasty to my cousin.  At the end of the reception he played the last song and abruptly stopped all music.  My cousin approached him (and I don't know that I've ever attended a fun wedding where someone HASN'T done this) and said, very nicely I might add, "Hey! How 'bout one more song?"  He whirled around to her and in a most sarcastic tone, spat "Hey, how 'bout NO!"  Regardless of what happened between Kristin and this man, no working professional should treat another human being in such a manner!

 I really find it so interesting that the DJ comes back time and time again to ONE song that was requested that has the eff word.  And then, all of his so-called "supporters" also mention the song chosen by the bride over and over again. Does anyone else see a pattern here?

You went to a mans home. Found him wollowing in his own piss, But hired him anyway?O.K. I have been a dj for many years, And have seen the tricks you and your guest hoped would get you something for nothing. Ask for a song 3 mins. before your done. (seen it) Something is lost and we need an anouncement. (seen it) In this case a wedding ring. Sorry! woman don't remove wedding rings. Another thing a found a little funny. In your email, Your asking for a list A.S.A.P.  But don't check your email untill 6 hrs. later? Sorry! Don't think so. WHO ARE YOU KIDDING? You read that email...Looked for another dj all day and found you couldn't get another one without spending alot more money. And /Or They ask you, Why did another dj bail on you?  This is the first thing me and him do when we get a last min. call. In your case this is the 2nd dj that didn't want your wedding. You or anybody that reads this has to ask themselv's a question.

I find it amazing that a "professional" has provided someone that I have never met or heard of (if in fact, this is a previous client and not the "DJ" himself) with my PERSONAL information such as my name, email address, and phone number. I hope that anyone searching for a DJ decides to pass right by Always the Best of Times. I would hate to see someone else have their private information passed around.

   Why do I get the feeling that this rebuttal wasn't written by some random customer of this DJ.   They seem to know every tiny detail about the circumstances surrounding this particular event.  Right down to all of the phone conversations and emails.  Also note the userid.

I have used always the best of times for many years. For my wedding, new years, and my daughters sweet 16. I have seen the emails that KRISTIN BURKE OF DELANCO NJ. Sent him. They are the most sarcastic things I have ever seen! NO BRIDE IS TO BUSY TO MAKE OR TAKE PHONE CALLS ABOUT HER WEDDING! Kristen claims she was polite? I quote.. we know your the professional BUT!!!!  This little smartass wouldn't know polite if it bit her in the a*s! Kristen had a whole week to find another dj. MORE THEN ENOUGH TIME!!  If she didn't like his attire or anything else, She could have said no thank you and left. This B.S about being desperate is a FLAT OUT LIE!  Kristen had a compleat format!  All her intro music and dances are already done. Even her dinner music is on a disc. AND YOU WOULD HAVE DESERVED IT!! If he wanted to wreck your reception he could have. He dosn't need the money! That's why he showed you the $70.000 worth of toys in his garage. KRISTIN told him (SHE CHECKS HER EMAIL EVERY 5 MIN.) But she didn't see this one till 4pm. I find this unlikley! From a girl that lives on her computer.

And so are my friends. He gave us your phone number and email. Along with your husbands number. And before long I will find the billing adrs. I will find the (travel service) you work for. I won't be hard.. DELANCO'S not that big. And I'm going to TRASH THEM ON THIS SITE!!! That I, and my friends now have UNLIMITED ACSESS TO.
