Always Vigilant security Service Security Associates Always Vigilant Ads are misleading.. they are not a security firm and cannot hire as a security officer!!! New york, New York
I was looking for a job and saw an ad on the internet for receptionist/security Officers and a telephone number to contact. I called the number and was scheduled an interview with what I thought was an employer. During the interview I was told that I need to take 3 training courses and that I need $80 to start. I was told that the day after I was finished with the training I would get a job as a security officer. I was given a form to sign, after which I was told that the entire amount was $438 and I could pay it in three arts. By this time I had already paid and signed that $100 was non refundable so I decided that I may as well continue, since I aready lost $100. So I did the three course, only to find out that Always Vigilant had no jobs, but were just assisting with what they referred to with job placement, I needed to apply for a security Guard licence, which cost me another $141, a $25 fee to write the City Fire Guard exam and pay the "job placement Officer" another $100 to get placed. After all of this I am still unemployed. Do not give your hard earneed monet to these people. Its a rip off.
